About Us

Sandi Hunt, owner of Living Quarters, received her Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from California State University, Fresno. She graduated Cum Laude and was honored with the CSUF Academic Excellence Award.

Sandi is an Allied member of ASID (American Society of Interior Designers). She specializes in both residential and commercial interior design, which includes homes, multi-family dwellings, professional offices, retail and medical spaces. For commercial work, her training qualifies her to specify products and materials that meet flammability standards, ADA (American Disabilities Act) compliance, and other health and safety codes.

To stay current on products and trends, Sandi routinely participates in continuing education to study topics such as color, lighting, and window coverings. This gives her clients the assurance that their projects will be creative, aesthetically pleasing but also safe and functional.

Recent travels in Europe and the United States have provided new inspiration for colors, fabrics, architectural details and materials. This exposure to new cultures has given her design work an added dimension

My husband and I have worked with Sandi on several projects over the last 8 years including a remodel, building a new home, and currently the big task of restoring a historic home. Sandi has always been professional and personable. We feel that her assistance on these projects was invaluable. She is knowledgeable about many styles and trends and yet listens to our concerns about budget, our needs and our vision. Through her guidance we have avoided many costly mistakes and redos. Whether we are “doing it ourselves” or hiring professional contractors, having Sandi’s guidance has proven to be worth every cent. We highly recommend Sandi Hunt.

I have worked with Sandi on numerous projects, and recently, Sandi helped me envision an entirely new and updated look for my 1970’s home décor. Through her interior design training and experience, she saw possibilities that never occurred to me. It’s amazing what a different feel she created, and I am so pleased with the results.
